Product Description
Properties:
- Active corrosion protection (zinc phosphate)
- Quick drying (lower temperatures lead to a longer drying time)
- High coverage
- Chromate-free and lead-free
- High filling capability
Basic binding agent: acrylic resin. Adhesion (DIN 53 151): iron, steel: class 0 (very good). Outside storage for a maximum of 5 days without final coating. Dust dry after 15 - 20 minutes, touchable after 45 - 60 minutes, cured after 4 - 5 hours and final hardness after 3 - 4 days (at 20°C).
Application range:
- Suitable for iron and steel
- Can also be applied as a thick layer
- For electrostatic discharge
- Can be coated with 1K and 2K paints
Technical info:
- Processing conditions: at + 10°C and a maximum relative humidity of 80%
- The drying time can be accelerated by diluting the base colour with a quick-drying agent instead of a synthetic resin
- Theoretical coating with a thickness of 50 µm
